In the event that you need to cancel an order, please contact us either by  telephone or e-mail within 48 hours of ordering. We undertake to respond as quickly as possible. Please note that if the order has already been dispatched it will be handled in a similar way to a complaint and that you are asked  to return the order within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will only be made via the credit/debit card through which the original transaction took place. This also applies to cancellations, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 2000. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected.
