If you are not completely satisfied with a particular product we will give a full refund or replace the goods without delay. All goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery and refunds will only be made via the credit/debit card through which the original transaction took place. This also applies to cancellations, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 2000. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected.
